Painting is a personal adventure and a process of
discovery through which my emotions become manifest.
Color is exciting and vital in determining the mood of my
paintings. I use active, spontaneous gesture. Because I
make no final, absolute statement, my work is always "in
progress." Satisfaction comes in the "making of art."
